Delivery & Returns


Delivery costs are calculated at check-out and are based on shipment location and total volume of your order.

Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products have been made.

If you are unable to generate a shipping quote upon check-out, please contact us and we will provide a custom delivery quote for you.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, email and phone number upon placing their order.

If you are Sydney based and would like to arrange pick-up from our warehouse, please contact us. We are unable to offer pick-up for dining table orders.


As every product is handmade to order at Gesso House, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection once your order has been placed. This is supported by Australian Consumer Law.

Every Gesso House product is quality checked and controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair at no cost. This policy is only upheld if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
